I’m Philip Holsgrove, the proud general manager of Monette Express.

When it comes to our expertise, packing and moving is what we do best! In fact, our twenty years of experience in the moving industry has enabled us to excel and exceed our competition and client expectations in several ways.
Initially, when we first started in the nineties, we were just a crew of two individuals, but today we have a team of thirty specialized professionals. With their assistance and dedication to every job assigned, we can easily surpass our clients’ demands and guarantee satisfaction.
Through the years, we’ve come to learn that there are two keys to success. They are client satisfaction and employee recognition. To manage both, we maintain honesty and integrity with both parties. This, in turn, encourages them to stay loyal to us.
In addition to this, we like to take the time to understand what our clients and employees want. That way, we can devise a plan that will appropriately take care of their needs and ensure their complete satisfaction.
One of the proudest moments in our career occurred recently when we were named Allied Van Lines Canada agent of the year 2018. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without our team’s efforts and the inputs of our excellent clients.
When I am not coordinating with my team to help people move their belongings, I like to watch and play sports. I also enjoy being active and appreciating the outdoors through fun activities.
Besides this, I have strong ties with my community, and so I like to do the best I can to ensure it thrives. Some times that means donating to special causes or participating in activities that uplift the community.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
